Payment is due at time of service. Accepted forms of payment: check, money order, cash, or PayPal.
A PayPal fee of 3% will be added for payments made with PayPal.
RESERVATION POLICY: For groups (does not include families) staying overnight, a down payment equivalent to one night’s charge is required to confirm a reservation. For day reservations, a down payment equivalent to one-half of the day rate is required to confirm a reservation. Down payment must be received by Shalom House staff. Confirmation of reservation will then be verified via email.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to date of arrival - NO REFUND for down payment.
For all other reservations, if a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to date of arrival, a fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be required and is due one week from date that cancellation was made. If meal service was requested and groceries were already purchased by Shalom House staff, then full payment is required for meals as well.
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to date of arrival – FULL REFUND for down payment.
For all other reservations, if a cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to date of arrival, no payment is required.
